HyveWyre™ collects and processes the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and payment information
  • Lead Data: Contact information, conversation history, tags, and dispositions
  • Usage Data: Campaign performance, message analytics, and feature usage
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our SMS messaging and campaign management services
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails and service notifications
  • Improve our platform and develop new features
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations
  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service Providers: Telnyx (SMS delivery), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI features)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our legal rights
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Lead data and message history are retained until you delete them or close your account. We may retain certain information for legal compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Object to processing of your data

7. Google Calendar Data

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. HyveWyre works fully without it, and nothing below applies unless you choose to connect.

What we access, and why

We request only two scopes, and only for the features they power:

  • Free/busy availability (calendar.freebusy) — to find open times before offering an appointment slot. This returns only whether a period is busy, never the contents, titles or attendees of your events.
  • Calendar events (calendar.events) — to create an event when an appointment is booked, to read existing events when checking a specific time, and to delete an event we created if the appointment is cancelled.

We do not request access to your calendar settings, your sharing permissions, your contacts, or any other Google service. The events permission covers calendar events only, and we read events solely within the specific time window we are checking for availability.

What we store

An access token, a refresh token and its expiry, so the connection keeps working without asking you to sign in again; and the identifier of each event we created, so that appointment can later be updated or removed. We do not copy your calendar into our systems, and we do not retain events we did not create.

How to revoke access

Disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops all future calendar access immediately. Events already created in your calendar remain yours and are unaffected.

Limited Use

HyveWyre's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide the scheduling features described above; we do not transfer it to third parties except as required to provide those features, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law; we do not use it for advertising; we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymised; and we do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Children's Privacy

HyveWyre™ is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of HyveWyre™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
